I'm developing a web app that will be used for DHL Tracking and i can't find too much information about their API, maybe i'm looking in the wrong place... anyways i've managed to find a class that i think could work here:
My problem now, is that i need a user:password combination and a sample tracking number to test that everything is working correctly. My question is, does DHL provide anything like this? just for testing? Or maybe i'm going the wrong way and there's another way to test this?
Everything you need for using the DHL API can be found at DHL's website.I am building an app and needed to get tracking info from DHL.
The XML web service that they have for integrating rating, shipping, tracking and other features is called XML-PI.
The XML-PI web service is a free, customer built solution. Here is a link to their toolkit: http://xmlpitest-ea.dhl.com/toolkit/Toolkit.zip This has all the documentation, XSD's, and even example requests and responses needed for development.
You can request access by sending an email to [email protected] and asking for the signup request form. Once you fill out the form they will send you a siteID and password, that is what you need to make a successful connection to their API.
I hope this helps.

The standard process for integrating with DHL is:
Step 1 - Request Toolkit
Step 2 - Complete XML integration work
Step 3 - Certification
Step 4 - Go-Live
You can request the XML Service Toolkit here:http://www.dhl.com.au/en/express/resource_center/integrated_shipping_solutions/request_xml_toolkit.html

You need to request an account from DHL using the link provided by Sergik and then you need a client. You can use this PHP client : https://github.com/alfallouji/DHL-API
This client does not rely or depend on any framework and it should be fairly easy to integrate with your own code. You can check the samples folder for example on how to use it.
